As a reminder, on June 24
th, CME will list 4 NYMEX options contracts (NYMEX Crude Oil andNatural Gas Options and COMEX Gold and Silver
Options) on CME Globex. In addition, on the same date, market data for all NYMEX futures and
options contracts traded on CME Globex will be transmitted via CME’s Market Data Platform (MDP).
Ticker testing of NYMEX Futures and Options Market Data will be offered by CME as follows:
For Distributors with CME New Release
Certification Connectivity
NYMEX options ITC 2.1 test data has been
available in CME’s New Release Certification environment since May 21, 2007.
Distributors are encouraged to conduct their testing at
their convenience prior to June 24
th.
For Distributors without New Release
Certification Connectivity
CME and NYMEX have agreed to provide ITC 2.1
ticker testing support in CME’s production environment on the following Saturdays:

Saturday, June 9, 2007 –
A test transmission of NYMEX futures and four new
options contracts market data via CME’s MDP is planned to begin at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time

Saturday, June 16, 2007 --
A test transmission of NYMEX futures and options
market data via CME’s MDP and NYMEX’s ITC 2.1 multicast feed is planned to begin at 8:45 a.m.
Central Time; additionally, mock trading will be held from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. CST and any
distributors wishing to test during this period will be able to capture market data from the mock
trading session. Market Data for Futures, Spreads, Strips and Options
will be distributed over both the CME MDP and NYMEX ITC 2.1 Multicast feed for the purpose of
parallel processing.

Saturday, June 23, 2007 --
A test transmission is not planned; however, mock
trading is scheduled to take place from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. CST, and any distributors wishing to test
during this period will be able to capture market data from the mock trading session.
Distributors are
strongly encouraged to participate in the ticker
testing sessions on Saturday, June 9th and June 16
th, and are asked to hold June 23
rd in reserve for retesting, should any issues arise during the previous sessions.

during testing should be immediately reported to CME Enterprise Technology Operations at
